This ought to work in later versions of Painter,
as far as I know... ^^; You will only find this useful if you
own a pressure-sensitive tablet. This tutorial lets you create
brushes that vary in size nicely, especially compared to the
doody default options! Painter 4.0.3 lets you use interface
skins, if you're wondering about the flame-coloured palettes.

<< Change the Size of your brush to whatever you like, drag the +/- slider all the way to the right to allow for decent size variation when you use your tablet. Hit 'Build' and you have your new brush! Try playing with brush end types and size stepping to create new effects. |
